New to the library’s Kanopy subscription is a curated selection of movies, short films, and shows that are friendly for all ages!

Don’t know what to watch? Here’s a few ideas:

Sesame Street

Want a summer vacay with sunny days, sweeping the clouds away, and air that’s sweet? Sesame Street has got you covered. Seasons 39 and 40 of this classic are available on Kanopy Kids.

Nocturna

A boy named Tim goes on a search to find a star that will protect him from the dark. Along the way, he meets an eccentric cast of characters and explores settings reminiscent of those in Alice in Wonderland or a Studio Ghibli film. Can he overcome his fear of the dark to save them?

Mr. Hublot

Mr. Hublot doesn’t like the clockwork nature of his world disrupted, but when he takes in a mechanical dog, he discovers that sometimes change is worth the effort it takes to make it.

Litterbugs

A young inventor and her superhero friend stand up to their bullies by refusing to compromise their unconventional but unique personalities.

Patema Inverted

Perfect for tweens who want to transition to media with more mature themes, Patema Inverted tells the story of two children who overcome the gravitational pull and prejudices that keep them apart.
