Kids’ Update: TrueFlix

Would you like to learn about something new?  Check out TrueFlix!  TrueFlix is an online resource that encourages non-fiction reading and research.  It’s the perfect thing for curious kids!  You can read a book, watch a video, and get links to more information on specific topics in 21 different categories.  There are also lesson plans and quizzes available, but don’t tell your Mom!  Just go to the Kids Button at www.chescolibraries.org and then click on Connect.  Don’t have a library card?  Scroll down for the post about getting an e-card.

After reading an animal book on TrueFlix, listen to this fun book about two very different beasts!  Click here — A Tale of Two Beasts.

The Youth Services Staff at the Chester County Library and Hankin Branch are presenting Virtual Storytimes beginning April 27th. They will be for three different ages groups — 0 to 2 Year Olds, 3 & 4 Year Olds, and 5 & 6 Year Olds. Registration is required via the Events Calendar at https://chescolibraries.org/. Virtual Storytimes are not registered as multi-week sessions; you will need to register for each storytime individually.
